Five heads are better than one, especially when they've all got tongues like that. That's right, this is a body pillow of Tiamat, the Tyrant Many-Mawed Queen of Chaos herself! This design features the goddess of Chromatic dragons lounging in a field of grass, pleasuring herself while all five unique heads engage in a little tongue-in-cheek foreplay. All pillows are double-sided, and will fit over a standard size body pillow.
