Refund policy
Thank you for supporting my small business! If you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason, I want to help rectify whatever went wrong. Please reach out to me about any refunds or returns via my contact page.
REFUNDS:
I offer full or partial refunds at my discretion for any of the following reasons:
- You wish to cancel your order that hasn't been shipped yet for any reason
- The item was not as described
- I was unable to ship your order by a deadline you specified (note: this only applies if you have reached out to me at least 7 days in advance with the specific time by which you require your order)
I DO NOT offer any refunds for the following reasons:
- You wish to cancel your order that has already been shipped
- You decide you no longer like the item after you have received it
- You required it by a certain deadline that I was unaware of
- Your item was lost in the mail
- Your item was damaged in the mail
If I agree to refund you, you will receive the refund in a certain number of days depending on your card issuer's policies. Please reach out if you have not received your refund after 2 weeks of its initiation.
RETURNS:
If the value of your item(s) is $15 or less (not including shipping), OR the item is damaged beyond repair, returns are appreciated, but not required.
If the value of your item(s) is over $15, I will accept returns for the following reasons:
- I sent you the wrong item by mistake
- You ordered the wrong item by mistake
- The item arrived damaged, but can be repaired
- The item broke after arrival, but can be repaired
If the return is a result of a mistake on my part, I will refund you the cost of return shipping and mail you your replacement item for free.
If the return is a result of a mistake on your part, you will pay for return shipping out of your pocket, and you will be charged the cost of shipping your replacement item.
If the item you return arrives with strange odors or fluids, you will not be refunded, and will be charged full price for its replacement.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE:
If your order was lost or damaged irreparably in the mail, please reach out to me with your tracking information and, if applicable, pictures of the damaged item(s). All orders over $35 are insured; if your order was over $35, an insurance claim will be filed, and you will receive a refund once it has been processed. If your order was under $35, you will not be refunded.
